This article highlight how very often people's needs go unmet because of technicalities and requirements of large systems and institutions. As the article mentions, this situation didn't arise because of anyone's ill-intentions, but it is happening nonetheless. Where do you see institutions or big systems failing the every people they were created to support? Is there a big or small way you could advocate on those people's behalf? Or support them in another way?
