Who are your saints?

This week we hear Jesus respond to a question from a group of Sadducees trying to catch Jesus in a theological trap. The Sadducees were a group who did not believe in resurrection after death. They ask Jesus a question based in Jewish law to prove that their position is correct. In response to this question, though, Jesus uses his own scriptural interpretation to bring the dead back to life. He invokes the story of Moses and the burning bush, in which God refers to Godself as "the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob." And, as Jesus points out, if God is the God of the living and not the dead (a point which the Sadducees would not refute), then Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, who were long dead at the time God spoke these words, must be in some way alive to God, and therefore to us. Jesus, here, does not specify what exactly it means that the dead are still alive in some way, but does make it clear that their life continues even after death. In this week where we celebrate the triduum of All Hallows Eve (aka Halloween), All Saints, and All Souls, and Dia de los Muertos, who are you remembering this week? How do your loved ones who have died continue to be alive in your life? How do you still commune with them?
